I used a wordplay about vulnerability and being human. Then, I used a quote by Galileo about discovering truths. Next, I talked about the agile mindset and creating psychological safety. Then, I talked about taking risks and making mistakes.
In this week's RITE OF PASSAGE EXPERIENCES or ROPE, I talked about the dignity of risk and risk management. Making mistakes is good because they reveal opportunities for continuous improvement. I used the example of a hockey goalie. Targeting vulnerabilities without shame or blame is important. Finally, I talked about the right to fail and the dignity of risk used in the independent living community.

I used a wordplay about beliefs and being left behind. Then, I used a quote by Galileo about the limits of a mind. Next, I talked about disability advocacy as a way to find your own voice. Then, I talked about finding support by being next to people in similar circumstances.
In this week's RITE OF PASSAGE EXPERIENCES or ROPE, I talked about keeping up and being thought of as a troublemaker. I also talked about how people misunderstood my disability to be only my problem. Then I talked about my brain damage and how disability processing was ignored. Finally, I talked about how some of my functional disability differences were not acknowledged by my family.

I used a wordplay about my body being at rest. Then, I used a quote by Galileo about teaching and discovery. Next, I talked about thought experiments as a device for the imagination. Then, I talked about Galileo's thought experiment about falling objects. It revealed a logical flaw in different objects and the rate of falling speed. In his mind Galileo tied different objects together, combining the weight.
In this week's RITE OF PASSAGE EXPERIENCES or ROPE, I learned from a teacher about Galileo’s thought experiment in college. I also talked about practice makes perfect with thought experiments.

I used a word play about ghosts and skeletons. Then, I used a quote by author Charles Dickens about ghosts and ideas. Next, I talked about reframing as a way to learn and grow from past experiences. I also recounted themes and concepts from neuroplasticity at the start of 2021. And building resilience to talking about family issues and talking about the Christmas spirit at the end of 2021. The growth mindset theme was used in January. And in December. the Christmas movie, literally reframed George Bailey’s life.
In this week's RITE OF PASSAGE EXPERIENCES or ROPE, I talked about the 6T formula of Think, Trust, Tool, Try, Test, and Train. I also talked about layers of issues that I shared in the 50 total episodes this year.

In this week's RITE OF PASSAGE EXPERIENCES or ROPE, I talked about It’s a Wonderful Life, the Christmas classic movie. George Bailey lost perspective on the impact of his life. George used his life to help others. I tried to use my life to help people understand my crutches. I tried to lead with faith in my uniqueness. I also mentioned scenes where George had a cumulative impact on his friends.
